Not trying to be a tough guy at all. I thought you guys may have had a different "type" of running back you favored and was interested to learn your perspective. The guy I responded too got defensive and went into records and yada yada instead of the topic so I responded.

(Edit: it's 230 on a football sat, if that's too early for you to have a beer your doing it wrong)

Pass. I've been down this road before with Iowa fan just wanting to talk. Maybe the Iowa St board is available for talking.

It's cool tuco. I can't say I'm real interested in your thoughts as I read through these different threads. Maybe someone that would like to discuss speed vs power backs or tall striders vs quick types will come along and a decent conversation can take place. Just a casual sat no big deal either way.

Someone should really explain what a "sucking" program looks like. (I.e. consistent seasons under .500.) I too would be grouchy if my program spent so much money on the football team and we were regularly beat by a team we found to be lesser than us since joining a new conference. If you are going to be pretenious enough to use the word loquacious in a sentence proper punctuation would help to drive home the point. IS THERE ANYONE ON THIS MESSAGE BOARD INTERESTED IN HAVING A SEMI INTELLIGENT CONVERSATION ABOUT STYLES OF PLAY AND THE DIFFERENT SKILL SETS OF THE TYPE OF PLAYERS THAT THRIVE IN THEM?

If you're going to use big words like "pretentious" and "you're" you should learn to spell first and use the correct your in a sentence. "If your going to be prentenious"RollingLaugh

Bryant doesn't even have offers from the Dakota schools. Academics need to get in order as many have stated for him to get big time attention.

If he does get it straightened out like Bradley did last year, I could see the Huskers going after him.
