Most entertaining debate ever!

It is hilarious but it is also very saddening at the same time. What a bunch of idiots, and some people actually think they are intelligent and will defend them. Blaming media for bias, lol. Jeb attacking Rubio, terrible move. I can't believe Christie has enough gall to be on stage after his childish tantrum at the Secret Service last Sunday on the Amtrak train. Fiorina failing at HP and her previous run for governor. Here's a question I have; do you Rubes, um, I mean Republicans actually believe 75% of government is corrupt?

I am amazed that Huckabee was actually governor of a state, WOW! I am also amazed that people actually elected Cruz as a Senator. Cruz decides not to answer a question at the debate. Dumb! Huckabee clearly has no clue what the purpose of the JLENS blimp is, referring to it as waste, LOL.

I watch these debates and am so sad. Have to be the worse group of bozo's running for President ever since I've been paying attention to government. These idiots are even worse than that VP candidate Ross Perot had. Unfortunately, I'm not overly excited about those on the Dem side. But at least I can agree with some of the stuff they talk about. With these idiots, I just shake my head.

I find it comical that the same clown keeps suggesting these guys are not intelligent.

I've shown you clear examples of why they are idiots. Not answering a question at the debate? Oh, that's a genius move. And I am so thrilled we got to hear him say, again, for the 50th time, we should abolish the IRS, LOL. Yep, he's a genius (sarcasm).

Clear examples? Seriously guy, you really need to consider the things you say.

You are precisely the type of liberal who can't believe that any conservative is ever elected because everyone you know voted the same way you did. See, people in Texas care about freedom, you don't.

This debate was horrible... and I can't believe it but I agree with Cruz on something. The moderators were doing their best to turn the debate into a WWE cage match. Absurd, leading, questions.

Asking about Fantasy Football?!

And doc... at least the GOP has a field and not the charade that is the Dem field (ie. Just Hillary).

The GOP really needs to thin down the clown show; get it down to 4 or 5 of their best contenders and get rid of the pretenders. It makes the debate really awkward and challenging and limits real discussion on the issues.

Looking at the responses in this thread I just laugh. Outside of @Mntneer I feel like short of offering free **** to everyone with no care to fiscal impacts (basically the DNC debate) that the responses are indicative of exactly the pre formulated opinions I would expect. Gee, Bru, RPJ and Clowshoes Magee don't approve of the onstage GOP field, spank my *** and call me Shirley. I'm astonished.

What's the Democrats have? A old fat, lying sack of ****, lesbo cow. The rear view of her and Katy Perry walking of stage was repulsive.
She won't have the energy to move this country forward
SHE is an old Lenenist Babuska.

The fantasy football question is legitimate in terms of does it need to be regulated. It was Bush that took the topic into a spectacle talking about his team being 7-0 and having Tanneyhill as a qb. He was attempting to connect to voters. Hell, that part was ten times better than most of the other responses. Christie just made an *** out of himself with his Iverson impression in his rant going with "we are talking......." crap. This is not the last we hear about online gaming issue and we need to know the candidates stances on the subject

There were ton of bad moments out of the candidates. One I almost fell out of my chair over and have yet to hear anyone criticize is Rubio saying high tech industry companies should be required to have their job postings for 120 days. Hello? Isn't this the party that whine about government regulations? And he wants this regulation? Not only is this is government overstepping boundaries on such a high level but it is so ridiculous in terms of real life HR in the industry. And pure silence from everyone especially those on the right willing to criticize this "big government solution". Hilarious hypocrisy. I guess it is more important just to whine about the moderators and the setup of the debate. That at least is something the ignorant voters that vote republican can at least get their emotion up with the pandering. And that is the way you get votes in the GOP. Fake outrage over something simple that sounds good.

Why they playing the victim card? Lol, Isn't that what a debate consists of? Gotcha questions? I loved how Rubio answered the question about being absent from so many votes by blaming the liberal media for bringing it up! Lol. Cruz is the smartest f*cker up there and he is playing the Rubes like a fiddle.

It also went unmentioned that they called for Wage Scale on those positions, something the Right is not a big fan of.

But to suggest that it's only the GOP that is existing in these pandering sound bytes ignores the vast amount of pandering that took place at the Dem debate.

Yes, online gambling is a topic that should eventually be discusses by a President and a Congress, but it should have had zero role in the debate last night. Also, there is no doubt that so many of the questions last night were leading in an attempt to create fights between the candidates. The best questions came from the 2 "extra" moderators that were brought into the debate mid stream, but the 3 main moderators asked leading ridiculous questions, were arrogant and lost complete control over the format.

Now some of the failure of the debate lies in the large number of candidates, but the questions have to be more pointed and on topic. For example, asking Trump about his bankruptcies.... AGAIN.... is a waste of time.

I had zero intention of watching it last night. Figured it would be the waste of time that it was. Opted to carve pumpkins with the kids, but my wife turned it on shortly after it started and we left it on in the background.

I missed most of the debate last night, and I will go back and watch the whole thing. Of what I saw, the worst answer I heard that no one called out was Huckabee saying that he's going to cut medicare costs by curing every disease under the sun. His point about a lot of Medicare spending being on terminal care was legitimate. His point about working on health is legitimate. What he's missing is what Vince Vaughn told us years ago, old people die. No matter how much you focus on health, not every retiree is going to go quietly and peacefully in the middle of the night without having been sick or in a hospital.
