Erwin needs this win with their very tough non conference schedule. If the stud WR from Erwin doesn't play I believe it gives MH the advantage. If Erwin is as small up front as some are saying, MH could have a big day running the ball. Erwin should be able to move through the air but can't afford any mistakes against MH methodical attack.

I'm torn over this game. On one hand, Reynolds really struggled offensively last week and Maiden has speed and athletes. On the other hand, Brevard likely has a better defense than Maiden and Reynolds almost always responds after a loss.

This could be a sneaky good game. Watauga has a lot of new varsity starters that played well in their easy win over Ashe. Roberson will be a tougher test and has some athletes and solid running back. Watauga should win but I expect a competitive game.
