If your talking about last year .We scored on them too and unlike Mitchell we beat them.That was their only loss.

According to Maxprep schedule Pisgah has 2 the 9/13 that's passed and 10/4 but someone on another forum showed a Pisgah schedule playing Life Christian Academy GA but Maxprep shows them playing Community Christian that night just wondering if you or anyone knows which is correct.[/QUOTE]

Yeah I just read that. Looks like the article may have answered the question about LCA showing being scheduled playing Community Christian on Maxprep with Pisgah athletic director saying he had talked to another school that said they were also scheduled to play LCA that night. I would say LCA will have a hard time filling thier schedule after this year especially with NC schools.
Mountain Heritage needs to try and schedule Elizabethton TN instead of a school from Georgia. Less than 50 miles. I would like to see Mitchell or Mountain Heritage play Hampton. It would be fun to watch them beat the crap out of Hampton. Elizabethton and Mountain Heritage would be a great game.
IMHO, the Elizabethton that I saw scrimmage Clyde A. Erwin in August would be in trouble against MH. I personally was not impressed at all with what I saw. They had a couple of good looking kids but nothing out of the ordinary and definitely nothing that blew me away. I was surprised. They haven’t played the toughest schedule so far this year. I think their game against Cherokee Friday is the first team they’ve played with a winning record.
Maybe they will. Can’t be much tougher than what they’ve played already and now Pisgah this week. If Erwin had been their normal selves it would without a doubt been our toughest non-conference schedule ever and it probably is anyways. We might as well see if Smoky Mtn wants to play next Friday and we’ll wrap up our Mtn 6 conference play and start our WHC schedule.
Going to be a good one this week. Hope the Bears are ready for a physical football game. Get it done Bears!

Because we are playing East Henderson and they don’t have any fans to talk smack with, but we can always count on Heritage and Pisgah fans to chime up. On a serious note, Heritage rolls. Heck they would give ACR a game this year.

Mtn. Heritage takes the win over Pisgah JVs tonight 20-7. Impressed with Pisgah JV team. Tough bunch of kids. Good defense and some tough running backs. Cougars forced some turnovers and capitalized.
Our JVs have been bit by the injury bug, several starters out. Congrats on the win.
Yeah that’s always tough. I saw one of our best linebackers on crutches tonight before game. Hope it’s nothing serious.

We've been on both ends of the ladder through the years but I had rather a 1000 times be the underdog going in, because you can't have an upset without one. Just ask App State how it feels, we call them Giant Slayers. So yeah, we're just little ole Pisgah, come on over, we're no threat to the mighty Cougars.
