Just wondering.

Caught the end of Kingpin. I'll watch that movie almost anytime I catch it on TV no matter how many times I've seen it.

Did it win an Oscar that year?

What are some of yours that fit this category oh wise participants of the non-sports board?

Maybe Godfather 1 & 2.... other than that, am I the only one who has very little interest in watching the same movie more than once every 3 or 4 years? I'll watch a movie a second time pretty quickly after the first if I missed some stuff, but otherwise I have little interest in rewatching something until I've forgotten chunks of it.

90% of the movies on direct tv are worthless...will watch nothing with sean penn.

Men in Black...any of them
RV
Oceans 11, 12, 13
Moneyball-used to be free on Directtv all the time...now you have to pay.
Horrible bosses 2
Inglorious bastards
my cousin vinny
Apollo 13
grounhog day
the sting
cast away
Cinderella man
the 5th element
jurassic park..not all of them.
overboard w/kurt russell
american made
galaxy quest
we're the millers
hangover...first one.
tremors...the first one only
family man w/cage

I'm seeing this list is getting too long. I don't watch the networks because of the bias and their shows suck. So, I watch movies or sports. That's it. There are a lot more movies but it gets boring....

Any QT movie except maybe Jackie Brown and the Kill Bill movies.
Die Hard
Usual Suspects
Forrest Gump
Castaway
Probably about 7 of the MCU and X-men movies
The Warriors
Something About Mary

Edit:
Adding Braveheart and Shawshank after other posters brought them up.
Throwing in The Green Mile also

Some good ones here. For some reason, I still haven't watched Spinal Tap or Young Frankenstein from beginning to end. I always tell myself that I need to do so, but it has never happened.

Just think how many of these classics couldn't be made today, lest someone be offended.....

Nah, they'd just say Richard Pryor wrote it and it would be fine (he did actually write some of it)
