this team was pissed they didn't win today. We are very close to being special. Next year will be fun, as well as our last 3 games. Frost and staff have changed the culture and I Am bullish on this program.

Lot of good quotes coming from the players. Gonna be a good game against illinois. It's a good thing the players are pissed.
Was hopeful that the 2018 season could be a better one than it has been from a wins standpoint. It didn't turn out that way. Some bad bounces of the ball and a team that couldn't get out of its own way. But things are looking better on both sides of the ball, especially the offense. I look forward to the last three games of the year. Would be nice to win 5 of the last 6.
Yep. I’m calling 3-0 to end the season. This is a team, coaching staff, and program on a mission. FAR more wins than losses began 3 weeks ago. BIG West on notice. Another recruiting class or two and we will be what the BIG expected us to be wh3n we joined.

I was pissed. At first I was in denial we lost. Then angry. I think I'm in the bargaining stage now (as in - if only Spielman had caught that pass, if only we made that third down). The good news is losing is becoming real depressing again. For the last couple years losses didn't bother me so much. I had the Riley Stockholm Syndrome.

Given our current record this team could easily chalk this game up as a moral victory and be happy that they played it close. It's good to hear that this team is actually pissed about losing.
I’m a bit worried about a letdown after this game, kind of like after the cu game. Hope they can regroup for a win after a tough loss.
I agree. I don't think we're good enough to go 3-0. Winning 2 of 3 can give us some confidence going into next year.
These next 3 games will be very telling. If we can get all 3. It could be a sign that next year could be very good and this turn around might not take as long as we were all thinking 5 or 6 games ago.
You know that is a very good point. This loss did piss me off, and was thinking about if for much of the day. I haven't done that for many years.
Please just beat Iowa... I have had to live near Iowa City for the last several years of losses....
