Doesn't matter. No amount of evidence would cause Senate Repubs to find Trump guilty.

Turley was not speaking to evidence, guilt, or not. Simply stating the impeachment by the Dems will go down as a blunder of historic proportions. Turley, a well known and respected far left Liberal Democrat.

Disagree. Not seeing how letting the POTUS walk is a victory for Repubs. Going forward, to impeach a POTUS for obstruction of Congress, bribery of a foreign official (or other?) or soliciting election interference by a foreign gov't will be a waste of time. Those things are ok to do now. well done.

Impeaching a president without evidence is indeed a waste of time. How about I accuse you of murder and convict you because I said so? No evidence. Just because I said

Actually I’ve watched everything. The Dems arguments are:
  • Abuse of power is really bad
  • Trump committed abuse of power
  • The phone calls in combination with the withholding of military aid proves abuse of power
  • Pay no attention to the transcripts of the phone calls
  • Pay no attention to the Ukrainian president who said he wasn’t pressure and took no extra steps to investigate as a result of the phone calls
  • We know the real evidence of guilt is there if the WH will comply with subpoenas
  • If the WH claims executive privilege then they have something hide and that’s contempt of Congress
  • If the Senate doesn’t call witnesses then the GOP is engaged in a coverup.
  • We have to remove Trump from office because he stole the last election with Russian and Ukrainian election interference
  • We have to remove Trump from office because he will steal the 2020 election
