Well...this is the first year in awhile where they have not had a future NFL QB.

MSU is going through a period like Nebraska did in 2001-2004. They had an elite QB and some nice offensive pieces around him last year. They have not capitalized well enough on their recent successes and will be a middling team in the east as Michigan and Ohio State have got division locked up.
