My guess is that Mingione tries this lineup for 3 weeks at least. So, you likely won't see Hill or Shelby outside of defense and PR/PH for a month. If the lineup hits and works then it won't change. If it struggles, then after that month you might see a shake up. It's possible they get a spot start here or there, but I'm skeptical.

UK gets 2 on with 1 out and then strikes out back to back to end the inning.
