I'm looking ahead to #8, hopefully in the years I have remaining.

Both special players with amazing skills. Kyler is probably the best Sooner QB of all time. No offense to Baker & Sam. He just had the burst of energy that no other QBs had. Look forward to watching Kyler whenever I can....and Baker too.

How about back to back to back with Jalen Hurts?

Just can't see that happening. Hurts is a nice player and I think he will give us a chance to compete for a championship, but he will be a step back from Mayfield and Murray.

I never would have believed after the 2000 season that 19 years later we wouldn't have won at least one more NC. Makes me sick to know we have had such high powered offenses and our defenses were pathetic. Should have gotten rid of Mike Stoops years before we did

My have things changed. I remember posting something simlar to this and all hell broke lose on this board. LOL. Those were the days though when the Stoops brothers walked on water and turned that water into wine. ;)

In some minds, the Stoops were untouchable. Any other coach would have been canned long before Mike was

We'll find out in December when Baker & Murray go head to head. Don't want either to lose

Here's a bit of crystal ball, tea leaves, tarot cards or whatever method you use to predict the future: the last two QBs to win National Championships at OU initials were JH. Think about that for a minute.

SS...You left OUt Women's Intuition! :p

Think about Jimmy Harris...Back-to-Back NCs...1955-56

Do we see a Trend, here?

you're probably right but I think's Rattler is going to be special, my even be starting later in the season.

Well if he is starting later in the season then that means Hurts isn't doing that great. Hope you are wrong about that one
