Very sorry for your loss. It is hard enough to lose a parent but when it is combined with a holiday; it makes it even worse because it is hard to separate the two in the future. At least that is my experience. I pray that you and your family are comforted with the many great memories you have of your mother.

My sincere condolences my friend. We disagree on here a lot because we all know it all but at the end of the day we are like family. My best to your family. I hope she left you a lifetime of memories that you can look back on and smile. I know I miss my dad every day and he’s been gone 28 1/2 years. They are in a better place now, free from pain and enjoying a happy reunion with all those who left before them. May the grace of Our Lord Jesus Christ, come upon you at this difficult time.
