My new snacking addiction: flavored almonds . . .

man oh man have flavored snacks come a long way in a few short years. It's unbelievable what is out there these days. The variety of flavored chips, crackers, and nuts is crazy.

I love the Blue Diamond "Bold" series almonds. I haven't tried a flavor yet that I didn't like. The Habenero BBQ, Buffalo Wing, and Lime Chili are particularly transcendental.

What are some other folks' favorite handy snacks?

When I was little, I remember that my grandma always had dried apricots at her house to snack on. Fast forward a decade or two, and I saw them at Kroger recently, so I decided to buy a carton for old time's sake.

Those things are delicious. I grab a few every time I walk by the kitchen counter.
