My week 9 Coach and Player of the Week are

Niles ND Mike Hennessey and SHG RB Sam Sergent.

Hennessey led the Dons to it's first conference title since 1981 in beating Carmel

Sergent had 35 carries fore 311 yards and 4 TDs in a win over Rochester.

Well, as much pain as ND and Henessey have given me, At least nice guys do finish 1st one year. He has always been a class act and this conference title is well-deserved.

I agree Hennessey is a class act and deserves it. I know everyone is going to say I am on Crack but nothing against the JCA coach but Hennessey should of been escc coach of the year not co-coach. Never won it, beat Carmel after 100 years,joke people joke, and no one expected this from ND. (Except dean and gooms) lol

Year in and year out, it seems as if the ESCC just gives the award to the coach/coaches who win conference.
