Per Twitter and Zagsblog. Welcome Myles! Good get. We need size.
You can't teach cognizant. Welcome to the Banks, young man. He's a big kid who looks physically fit. He's neither over/underweight. He's also fairly cognizant of what he is going to be asked to do on the court, based on interviews.
I'm hoping for something similar to what SHU's got with Nzei/Sanogo. Albeit, if he can make the midrange jump shot, that would be gravy.
Nice get but I think he is going to need time to develop.
Do we have room for both now? This is a terrific addition. We needed another big guy and I think Myles will be really good after he works with Jay Young and Van Dyke our strenth & conditioning coach. He did miss his entire junior year with a broken knee cap. That might have affected his jumping a bit but he will become solid muscle pretty soon. He already appears to pass and rebound well and has a nice touch from about 15 feet. I really like this addition. Welcome to RU Myles. Here is hoping we can add Jackson and Mathis real soon.
Finally some good news! Please let it stick God!
He was supposed to sign as well yesterday.
Would love to lock down Mathis now. He would really start to round out 2018 although we must get another point guard as well. Should be interesting to see what happens.
