I love Manning Night Football. 1000x better than listening to the reg MNF announcers. Eli is hilarious. Peyton is funny too. The best part is that they can laugh at themselves...they don’t mind being the butt of the joke. They also have great interactions with their guests. Their football insights are good as well. Parts of the show are annoying with the delays/talking over each other, slight speech impediments, etc...but I can deal with that.

<two thumbs up emoji>

They need to bring that show back next season and do it for all of the MNF games this time.

Balling *** Mav with his 20” rims! Way to go Mav!
Hell yeah. You can't go big pimpin' with anything less than 20s. E'rebody gonna know it's me at the 2022 Rocket City Senior Slowly Pitched Softball Invitational in Huntsville, AL when I roll up in new treads and hop out rocking these bad boys...

I put in my official notice to resign my job effective March 1. I'll be going to work full time for a company developing new cancer therapies.
Sooooooooo, what part of Lexington are you moving to?

Kidding. Congrats. I’ve never left a job during the school year, but I bet that’s a pretty good feeling. IIRC, they might deserve a couple of middle fingers on the way out.

I wish it were in Lexington. I may get there some day once we expand.

My old job group has 7 people.
I'm leaving.
4 others will be retired within the next 2-3 years.
The two that are left are good workers, but lack some of the technical background and skills of the people leaving.
Could be a **** show brewing.

Hope I’m wrong but I have a bad feeling about the Auburn game today. I think we turn the ball over way too much today and lose by about 8 or 10.

Wow, congrats! Sounds exciting. You've been at your present position for a long time. Relocation plans in the future?

We played the late game wed nite in Texas. Had to fly home to sleep with no practice the next day to turn around and fly again to auburn for the early game today. For the best of athletes that is still really tough.

I don't even remember the last time we beat a legit top 5 team much less on the road in a hostile environment. Tall order today.

Bengals (not a Bengals fan) on the road against a 1 seed after their first playoff win in 30 yrs. Also could be a bad day.

Could see some major melt downs on the catpaw message boards today.

Break out the bourbon early today and don't look back lol

I don’t understand Wheeler’s head throwing back like that when he runs into a wall. I don’t see other players do that unless they’re flopping. And his always seems kind of delayed. Man needs to do some neck exercises.

LOL. Must have been on a scale of 8⭐️

The first seven minutes showed what this team could be. Too bad the other 33 were only fair to middlin’.

Ankles suck. God doesn’t make mistakes, but I’m not sure the ankle was his best work.

I agree with the ankles. I had sprained ankles or broke a foot multiple times in high school. Usually playing basketball. Now that I'm older my ankles are much stiffer than they used to be. Bending the foot backwards (toes up) suddenly is very painful.

Track meet last night in NYC. My kid runs in 4x400. The second to last event in the entire thing.

I cannot get back the 4 hours of my life. Sad.

FFL Champ.
I feel your pain, brother. Stepson ran HS track a couple years ago. Sat through 3 hours of blustery mid-40 degree weather to watch him “run” in the last race.

At least your’s sprang forth from your loins.

What's an NYC track meet look like? I imagine it's running and parkouring from rooftop to rooftop, dodging chimney sweeps and old water towers.

The only thing more mind-numbingly boring than a HS track meet is a kid's dance recital. Had to go to a couple of my little niece's a few years ago. I'd rather have been kicked square in the nuts by a 'roided out mule. Imagine 2-3 hours of this...
