Man I want this displayed prominently at my home in some cutesy-hen-approved way. Like how they take a plank of reclaimed wood and prop it up outside their door with some dumbass words on it.

Then flip the wood over and put this on the backside...

Does Buc-ees sell Rip It?

U.S. Army Ranger Shane Snell held the chunky aluminum can in his hand and took a deep breath. In the course of 30 minutes, he had downed five 8-ounce servings of Rip It, a military-approved energy drink that was infamous for causing a variety of unpleasant side effects when consumed in excess. This would be can number six. It took him 10 minutes to finish it.

In the boredom arising out of a cool night in Ramadi, Iraq, this was a “Case Race,” or an attempt to down as many of the cans in a 24-pack as he and his squadron possibly could. When no one was interested, he and a friend took it upon themselves. By the time he slammed down a seventh, his sergeant burst in and told him to get moving.

“I knew this had been a bad idea,” Snell recalls.

After 20 minutes had passed, Snell started sweating profusely. Riding in a convoy and fully geared up, the mixture of caffeine, taurine, sugar and other additives were swimming around in his intestines, undulating like the mixture inside a convenience store slush machine. He farted with such potency the vehicle’s driver started to dry heave. Forcing him to pull over, Snell ran out and crouched over before he soiled his many layers of fatigues. His body hummed with a restless energy. Snell says it was “like my skin was crawling.”

Wife was mentioning (complaining) that the women’s volleyball team’s *** was hanging out. I mentioned they probably have the same surface area of clothing as men’s swimming and beach volleyball and CONSIDERABLY more than men’s diving. Fell on deaf ears.

Tell her to look up the origins of beach volleyball. Much like the original Olympics, it was played in the nude.

Lexington peeps, is this Michael Lemond guy in the news the son of the KSR Lemond? Because holy cow....I feel bad for everyone involved with that. I had no idea. Idk if it's appropriate to discuss details, but I am shocked.

It is, unfortunately. Saw the family today. They’re doing all right. Just a kid (man) that got into drugs and stuff and led to more bad stuff. Have no idea what the shooting was about.

He was already in jail for something that is pure evil. I know people change, and I hope he does.

I like Ryan Lemond, contrary to popular opinion around here. He was a great local sportcaster long before KSR. Also, KSRadio was a shell of itself prior to getting a goofy radio dude veteran like Lemond. Anyway, as an avid listener I have no idea how he does it.

I do remember when Lorenzen passed, Ryan was tore up. Mostly because apparently his son had taken a liking to Jared, and would actually listen to him. It was a sad story, Ryan was tore up because Jared was one role model his son paid attention to.

On the same note a guy that was three years younger than me just died of a suspected overdose. Knew his family. Go to church with his dad. He had been home a week from rehab. This epidemic is sad. Covid isn't half the problem that these drugs are.

That's the truth. This fentanyl stuff, the way it is used, is basically a war on unsuspecting users. Now, you get what you get when you're doing these drugs, but our country has taken a very soft approach to users, and we've even begun to charge drug dealers with manslaughter, or maybe worse, for selling drugs to someone who ODs on them. So, along those lines, regarding fentanyl, we know exactly where it is, where it comes from, and who's dealing with it....send some of those fancy missiles that are accurate enough to take out one person in a convoy, or send a big missile that takes out entire blocks. I don't care. You shouldn't be allowed to introduce something as deadly as fentanyl into whatever you please. It's downright terroristic, and there should be a large price to pay for those dealing in it. Cocaine, fine. America loves us some cartels and cocaine. Heroin, whatever. Fine. But, fentanyl, you gotta draw a line. It's downright odd to me how this fentanyl epidemic is handled.

We have shutdown for over a year for covid but the fentanyl epidemic we are ignoring. Why? Easy answer someone is making money off of it at the expense of dead Americans. Now they injected themselves so they bare responsibility but our government has especially the biden administration has decided to turn a blind eye to it. At what point do we decide to go after dealers? They got no problem trying to make me wear a f**ing mask but damn sure don't attack this problem. If they only cared as much about this as covid.
