Annual review week at work. The prep is misery and I pretty much hate giving reviews even for the really good ones. Equally hate my own review which lasts a needless hour or so each year with the 'review' portion completed in the first 5-7 minutes followed by a shitload of random discussion/listening to fantastic tales.

Going to go on an overnight drunk.

I don't care if you think rap is God's wrath on humanity's ears, you like Snoop Dogg. Don't be lyin.

See also, Country Music:Randy Travis, current pop music:Bruno Mars. Some dudes just put out bangers, regardless of genre.

Nope.

Rap died when Public Enemy crossed to the dark side, doin Burn Hollywood Burn.

Eric B & Rakim, Tribe a few others were halfway musical. Used jazz hooks. The current crop are absolute morons. Don't @me, Mash.

What's country? Bluegrass, son.

Uhhhh no.
Psssh. That little Polynesian midget can sang. He won't be able to when he's old though. He's killing his pipes. See Bongiovi, Jonathan.

What's country?
Country is a genre of music that used to be sung by gentlemen lamenting the loss of one's love interest over a somber key and less resonant instrumentation. The current definition is something about beer, trucks and beaches.

I'll be glad for my kid to get back to school next week. This was her first summer without organized daycare. Mostly a disaster. She was supposed to spend a few days a week at a friends house (mom that is off during the week). It never panned out. She stayed home and played Minecraft.

Too old for daycare.
Too young for a job or volunteer work.
Doesn't want to go to a bunch of camps, etc...
Doesn't want to go to grandmas for a week or two.

I have no evidence to back this statement/question up but does anyone else think that LEK has somewhere in the neighborhood of 3-4 alternate usernames actively perusing the Paddock at any given moment in time. Am I way off here? Is it zero? Is it more like 5-6?

Yesterday was my lazy day.

I drank 4 beers and binge watched the first season of Game of Thrones.

Was exhausted from the night prior's dinner selection (Korean Olive oil wings). Fire in the hole.

Why did Rolling Stone say "we built this city" was the worst song ever..while all the time this little gem was ripe for the picking:
