I started a thread about why would you pay Bowen 100 k and not bagley. I didn't get banned but the thread was nuked
The domain name, "university6.com", is available, but costs $699. Had the domain been cheaper, I'd have immediately purchased it. Others, including "university6.net" and "university6.us", cost $1 - $11.99.

Anyone else a little nervous about the language in that NCAA basketball story. It's an "ongoing investigation" and this is the "beginning" and they "have the playbook" and they are about to "blow the doors off of college basketball". Says there are other schools involved. They are offering other unnamed coaches, players, etc...a chance to come clean before they go further. Says Nike is involved too.
Could just be fishing for people to blow the whistle on stuff they know nothing about. Sure...that's a possibility.
But what worries me a little is Cal's AAU connections. Specifically World Wide Wes. Think what you want and say what you will...but there ain't no denying that Triple Dubb is one shady mofo.
Hopefully I am worrying about nothing. But I am going to curb my UofL bashing until all the facts come out and the case is closed.

opcorn:if WWW did anything he did when Cal was at Memphis. I don't think Cal has even come close to that line here. He knows the game, knows the microscope he is under. Cal has seemed to walk completely away from too many recruitments when you would have thought we could have had a 5 star kid locked up and Cal said "nah" not interested.

Cal has sent a bagillion guys to the league now from here, and the contracts they have signed have been all over the place. Nike school yes, but our guys have done their own thing regarding their endorsements and agent signings afterwards it seems on the surface anyway. Cal is way too effing slick for this mess. at least since he has been here. not sure this investigation goes back far enough to date back to Cal's time at Memphis. today was my birthday and hearing this news on Louisville was the best birthday gift ever!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the NCAA punishment doled out PRIOR to the budget audit and obviously prior to this FBI nuke...
