Everyone talks about recruiting for big and small schools. Small schools have a harder time recruiting. I have a solution that may help lets see if Rivals.com can put a link under colleges for NAIA schools. That might help the smaller schools to get their players into a 4 year college. You may have to travel as there is only one NAIA school in Virginia and that is Bluefield College but it is a start. If I knew how to make a group for the NAIA I would do it myself.
