I think you missed my point. Billions were spent after 9/11 to be ready for things like this. He was the head, why weren't they ready with PPE? That's my point but I really don't see why people think we are going to be prepared to for everything.
How likely, even if we had all the PPE in the world as well as having a ventilator on every corner of America, would still the justification to bash the president lie in "he waited too long"?
