133 is not an option. I doubt 141 is either. I'm guessing 149 is his weight if he comes back.
I doubt he will be able to get into the academy from an academic standpoint

This is an insane take to me. You would rather have a prospect that quit wrestling in HS 3 years ago over the equally ranked prospects that are are 100 invested and actively wrestling?
If he is fully committed to being back on the mat and is hitting on all cylinders, he can go with anyone. Stand by that.
He was a great wrestler and if he was to fully commit to wrestle again, I think he would be an elite prospect. Look at who he beat and who he wrestled with. Jax barely beat him. Jax has grown but he was still great then.
I would choose A healthy fully committed Nate, who still has the ability to wrestle at a high level. That’s just me.
Also, after watching the whole interview I would be shocked if he didn’t wrestled at the Navy Academy (if he did choose to wrestle), especially if he wants to be an officer in the Navy; but Corby did say he could see him coming back and it maybe not being at Navy. And Corby was/is close with the Sebolt crew. So I do put some weight on his comments; but we will see.
Whether he can get into the Naval Academy is the question. Service academies are no place for people shaky with their academics
You don’t get to say I want to wrestle at the Naval Academy and it just happens. You need to meet their academic standards and then maintain them. It’s not for everybody.
No one gets to choose to attend any of the academy’s. You must be appointed.
You need a nomination first in order to be eligible to receive an appointment. You are required to receive a nomination from a nominating authority in order to attend the Naval Academy.
That would be the two senators and the four representatives from Iowa (must be from where the candidate resides) or the sitting vice president.
If Kolat wants him, I’m sure they could get it done but if he wants to be an officer and create, it is more likely that he go to any university that has an ROTC program and wrestling.

I watched the entire podcast and it was rough. I think I felt better about NJ wrestling again in college before watching the podcast.
I prefer someone who uses something to get INTO a service academy, as opposed to someone who uses something... say... a fake medical "diagnosis", to stay out of the service. Good for Nate.I mean....doesn't it seem like Jesuroga is trying to use his wrestling pedigree to help get him into the Naval Academy?
I agree, no issue. I'm just not sure it's truly a "rediscovering his love for wrestling" kind of deal.
Well he hated it for a few years and now he's back on the mat. As a wrestling guy that makes me happy. I don't care if he wrestles again or not I just know he doesn't have that hate for it anymore and that's enough for me
All of Kolat’s staff has state of Iowa ties, Davis, Ty Eustice, & Blaize Cabell (UNI).
He would also be really good if he developed some magical superpowers.

You can also get a command nomination from your military commander for those currently serving. A political nomination isn’t the only route.
True the CO is a Nomination Authority.
The President could as well, but not sure if one ever has.
The point I was making to contrast what many were saying that you can “choose” to “enroll” to the academies.
