What a big play turnaround at the end. And jeez, UNC is 8 of 9 from three...from one of the worst shooting teams from 3.

UNC nailing their J's. You want UNC to settle for jumpers but if they make them there is literally nothing you can do to stop them. Nova must ratchet up their D or they lose

Villanova is down two possessions and UNC just had their best shooting half of the entire season by a good margin (78% from 3 for a team that shoots 31%!?). Even when Villanovan was otherworldly against Oklahoma, they weren't shooting that well from three. How does UNC go 7-9 and not get more separation?

Whoops, I meant 7 of 9 from 3 instead of 8 of 9. Hopefully they cool down considerably in the 2nd half.

It's hard to imagine Carolina shooting that well again this half. They basically did best they could and are up 5.. Nova has a good shot at beating them. They've completely shut down the paint

I hope the refs don't flip flop the calls this half. UNC seems to come out 2nd half lately and totally dominate. I hope beyond all hope I am wrong and Nova goes on a Yuuuuge run!

Villanova slowed the fast breaks and clogged the paint, and basically said to beat them UNC would have to shoot better than they have all year. But in true UNC golden horseshoe fashion, that is exactly what they did.

I feel like Nova has to find a way to tie or take the lead to really grab hold of the momentum.

Yeah, I hope it doesn't come down to an inbounds play for Nova to win because they struggled getting it in the first half.

Felt like Jay Wright should have gotten a TO after that last basket by Paige. The Wildcats looked spent....steal one there and then get the under eight timeout.

2. What the hell was Brit getting between the 'Nova players after 'Nova was called for a rebounding foul? The refs should have ran over and asked the idiot what he was doing. That stuff starts fights.

If I'm UNC I'm telling Paige to attack every time. He's getting into the lane and breaking down Nova's defense which is opening up offensive rebound opportunities for the Heels.
