Very uneasy feeling about this dual, especially after our performance yesterday. Overall that was a very mixed bag, at best.

I'll try to update but as my stress levels rise I'm sure I'll struggle to keep up

This is the part I hate about folks folkstyle. Spratley is stalling, point blank. But they never call it. Iowa guys do it too, obviously, but he's not trying to turn.
