  • An ex-high school teacher, 28, allegedly had sex with a male student, 17
  • Another student told police Samantha Fitzpatrick had 'done stuff' with the victim
  • One teacher revealed she saw a flirtatious relationship between the two as well, and heard about one of their romp sessions - when she confronted Fitzpatrick
  • Fitzpatrick and the victim have denied the stories however police found message proof of the sexual relationship
  • Messages included Fitzpatrick confessing her 'love for the victim' and asking him to send lewd photos of himself
  • She abruptly resigned back in May from Ripon High School in Wisconsin
  • Fitzpatrick faces 35 years behind bars if convicted on all charges against her

17 year old's should not be allowed in college. I almost spent a weekend in jail because my g/f's 17-year old roommate passed out at my apartment during a party. Cops busted the party, found my g/f's roommate and threatened to throw me in jail for contributing to the delinquency of a minor of which "you can not be bailed out for until Monday".

I think certain sexual laws are stupid honestly. You can have a license and get a job at the age of 16. It's not like you're a kid anymore.

-the human brain doesn't stop "growing" until your early 20's. 17 year olds are all idiots(myself included at that age) on some level.

-mentally/emotionally most 17 year olds are absolutely children. There is a reason such laws exist.

My wife and brother both were 17 when they started college as their birthdays were in September.

Mine were all having menopausal hot flashes. Not a single attractive teacher with the exception of a student-teacher my senior year who was probably a 7, but in that context became a 8 or 9. The girls hated the attention that the guys gave her. I would guess that if one of us had hit it a jealous ***** would have narced.
