Yikes the Naz people are a little irritable today, jwar and I don't get along but I'm sure he was kidding around. Maybe there is more to the saga. Days of our lives: Nazareth edition
I just don't think anyone should be attempting to discredit godfather as poster or member of the Nazareth program. Not even taking a shot at JWar, just this thread in general. @jwarigaku knows it.

Noted. No attempts at humor are to be made toward @godfthr53. I'll send hugs in case anyone's feels are broken.

How many starters on Naz are underclassmen?

QB- #2 SR (#18 JR out since week 3), now #8 JR is playing too
RB- #3 SO, #23 SR
FB- #45 FR, #42 FR, #9 JR, #25 SO, #27 JR (lots of injuries throughout year)
WR- #5 SR, #1 JR, #20 SO, #17 SO, #14 SO, #7 SO
TE- #28 SR
LT- #56 SR
LG- #50 JR, #55 JR
C- #74 JR
RG- #51 SO
RT- #67 SO

DL- #56 SR, #28 SR, #50 JR, #70 SR, #25 SO, #45 FR, #51 SO, #54 SO
LB- #9 JR, #27 JR, #6 JR, #42 FR,
DB- #23 SR, #5 SR, #33 SR, #20 SO, #3 SO, #7 SO, #17 SO, #14 SO,

So of the kids that play they lose:
QB #2 (backed up a JR until week 3)
RB/DB #23 (major cog on D)
WR/DB #5 (had a real nice season)
TE/DE #28 (just a stud)
OL/DL #56 (seems like he's been there forever, dominant)
OL/DL #70 (missed a lot of time this year)
DB #33 (steady SR performer)

Nazdad, Godfthr and Epic,

First off I was not trying to ridicule The Godfather in anyway I didn't want to out who he was so I made light of a comment made by another poster in regard to him being a waterboy. Those of us that know him, know what he does and the importance of what he does, but he's not a coach as one poster tried to pointed out.

As to supporting the team my support has never waned and I continue to support the team weekly by watching and cheering them on, while sitting in the stands at my east coast location. Our departure was not chosen by our family but simply happened. I throw it up to Proverbs 16:9

Know we will continue to support Naz from a distance and post here on edgy. Have a great day and good luck to all the Roadrunners on Saturday. Stay healthy and prepare for another run boys.

Godfather if you want to talk give me a ring you know my number and I hope you're not offended.

No respect is needed to someone that mocks the contributions of others from miles away. JWar do all of us that still support Nazareth and are respectful of others on this board a favor, Go find an east coast board and "support" your new team.

There is no Saga I don't want this turning into anything like last fall. We love the teachers, admin, coaching staff and and even more importantly the entire Naz family. Your right we don't always agree but that would make like boring. Good luck to your Boys at Fenwick they were a pleasant surprise this season.

Yikes the Naz people are a little irritable today, jwar and I don't get along but I'm sure he was kidding around. Maybe there is more to the saga. Days of our lives: Nazareth edition

First off he's a great guy. He supports all the HUDL activities and brings tech and innovative support to the field. If he wants to say anything else I'll leave it to him. Again just know he's a great asset to the program for the coaches and the kids.

What does "Godfather" do for Naz?

Ok sorry and we all know the term.." One game at a time!" But realistically who knows what about Vernon Hills and Hillcrest? Can these 2 squads stop the ESCC quarterfinal we all expect to see in 2 weeks?

Side note...all I see on V Hills is a lot of 5 wide sets throwing the ball all over the place?

VH has loved wideouts for a few years now, the Daniels days they featured a spread look.
