I’ve watched a few nba playoffs games recently. Why do the pipe “Defense” cheers thru the tv? It’s so obviously it is fake

It’s just played through the PA system. Difference in college and the NBA is you can’t have anything coming through the PA while the ball is in play in college but you can in the NBA.
