Who's your team and who do you like to win it?

Hornets fan so no dog but I'll be pulling for the Raptors.

Bulls fan, but they are terrible. Just hoping for two new teams in the finals this year.

I don't have a favorite NBA team, I just watch Duke guys. I'll be cheering for Kyrie and the Cavs - keep raising Duke's professional profile.

Gotta pull for the Jazz! Been to a few games this year, was hoping to get tickets to Game 3 here, but 50 bucks for a nosebleed is too much, and I love the way they play. Not to mention Hood. But Gobert and Hayward have become my two favorite Jazz players. Im hoping that we can steal Giles or Kennard in the draft.

Im a Hornets guys too...So I will take anyone not from Boston or Cleveland in the east. I guess it's be cool to see Toronto make it. Out west I don't have a hated team, although the Spurs used to be a thorn in the side of the Sun's who were my adopted West coast team. So I'd say Rockets, for my favorite team, then any underdogs.

Singler, JJ, Rivers, Hood, Parker (sort of), Kyrie, Dunleavy, Ryan Kelly.

Did I miss any?

Edit- Dante Jones

Bulls fan...after they get eliminated I'll probably root for SA or Utah...I just want to see the best Finals possible, honestly.

Love the NBA

I'm guessing it will be Cavs-Warriors in the finals....just not sure there's a team out there who could upend either one.

I know I'm late to the game on this and it's easy to say now, but I think the Bucks could make a little noise in the East. I love the Greek Freak. It's a shame Jabari got hurt.

A potential Rockets-Spurs series in round two has the makings of something special. That would be an entertaining series.

When the Cavs win the title in June....Kyrie will get a ring. Dahntay Jones will get a ring, Mike Dunleavy will get a ring (due to his 3 month stint of giving them absolutely nothing, but still).

Still not a reason for me to root for them...but I will if it comes down to Cavs and Warriors

Why the hate for the Warriors? They play a fun, unselfish style of ball. Hope they win it all again!

I admit....I love their style, and until last season I counted myself as a casual fan. But like when Lebron 'cowarded' up back in 2010, I think Durant did the same thing last summer. He took the easy way out. I know that shouldn't be a reflection on the Warriors, but I'd prefer Durant never wins a title....so as long as he's with the Warriors I'll casually root against them.

What's worse is the fact that I think what Durant did is WAY worse than Lebron's situation. Lebron left a situation where his team did not show any competence in regards to building a team around him. Durant left to join a team that came back and beat him in a series in which his team had complete control and was on the verge of making a NBA finals appearance. The only way that these two situations could be comparable is if Lebron left the Cavs to join that Celtics team that kept bouncing him from the playoffs.

Agreed.

I do like Curry. I also like Klay Thompson. Draymond doesn't bother me as much as he does others. The NBA needs characters/villains and that's what Draymond is....and he plays it well. He's also a great player. If he was on the Wolves I'd probably be typing this in my Draymond Green jersey.

I think draymond is on the perfect team for his skill set though- on another team I don't see him being as prolific as the X factor as he is on the warriors.

I also think the Lebron and Durant things are completely different.

I think he could be pretty effective with the Wolves. They need a guy exactly like him. Play him at the four with KAT in the middle and Wiggins on the wing. Plus, even though he's not old, he gives that group some much needed experience and knows how to win.

But I agree with you that there are many places where he doesn't fit. He's, at best, a third option on a championship-contending team.

I completely disagree on the lebron and Durant thing. If a guy is an average NBA player it's totally cool to go to a winning team for an opportunity to win. However if your one of the very best, a guy who works harder and is flat out better than most other guys who do not work as hard... you are looked down at for seeking a winning opportunity??

Nah don't support it.

Yep. And Lebron was pretty universally hated when he did it. He would probably still be seen as a "coward" if he hadn't come back to Cleveland and won. If Durant wins one with the Warriors but goes back to OKC and wins another, all will be forgiven.

I didn't say he's wrong and I'm right. Just that I don't appreciate it. Also, it's pretty subjective to say Durant works harder. You and I could worked 10x harder than him and we're still not in his stratosphere.

Besides, it's not like Durant was leaving Minnesota. He left a team that was one win away from the NBA finals and had three chances to get it. In games five and six when the Thunder could have put away the Warriors, KD combined to shoot 22-for-62.

Sure he's naturally talented but you don't get to be that good unless your outworking majority of the field.... we ain't talking about Shaq here.

So he left a good team for a better team? Isn't that smart. Why is he considered taking the easy way out but average joe goes to GSW and it's "great opportunity"

I'm not implying you've said ALL OF this btw. But it's a common thought for these guys.

And like I said, I'm not saying I'm right. I'm saying it's my opinion.

Loyalty means something. OKC was loyal to him. Their fans were loyal. He was going to make more money there. The franchise had put good pieces around him. His opportunities were plentiful....as shown just by last season. They had the world champions down 3-1 and it was Durant, himself, who slumped big time when the opportunity arose to send them home.

Again, I'm not implying what he did is wrong. It's fine he went there....but I hope he never wins a thing. I appreciate stars more who plant their roots. And maybe that shows my age from having grown up watching the NBA in the 80s and 90s.

Here's hoping the Jazz go up 2-0 after tonight! I find myself turning into a jazz fan since living here..plus they are some classy guys and know how to play defense. Coach Snyder has been great here

OKC lost b/c Durant played very poor. Leaving for the loaded team that beat you looks awful.

Russel Westbrook with a MONSTER triple double.... and his team loses.

He shot the ball 43 times.... sheesh.
