What's worse is the fact that I think what Durant did is WAY worse than Lebron's situation. Lebron left a situation where his team did not show any competence in regards to building a team around him. Durant left to join a team that came back and beat him in a series in which his team had complete control and was on the verge of making a NBA finals appearance. The only way that these two situations could be comparable is if Lebron left the Cavs to join that Celtics team that kept bouncing him from the playoffs.

Absolutely. Durant was something like three minutes from beating the Warriors last year and being the West representatives in the finals. I'm not sure there is a weaker expression in the English language than "If you can't beat them, join them," which is precisely what he did. For better or worse, they are now the only NBA team I actively root against. As Barkley (I think) said, it is the weakest move by a superstar in the history of the NBA.

I just cannot disagree with this. It's completely different Than what bron did to me. Bron had no chance with that group of misfits he had with cle. Durant had already been to the finals with the team which has a second superstar and arguably should have beaten the best regular season team ever last year. He choked. Look you have the right to go wherever you want. And we have the right to "judge" that move from a sports standpoint. It was WEAKKKKK.

I agree the move by Durant looked very bad, but Westbrook just seems like a head case. I don't think I would want to play on his team either. I watched the game last night and just felt the whole time that the Rockets were going to win. He's a great player, but I think Harden is a much more cerebral player. Hardin never seemed to panic, but Westbrook sure did.

Westbrook took so many shots he had to ice his arm

Rooting for the Hawks....I like all the Atlanta teams. And the good part is, I usually have low expectations, so there's no heartbreak

I feel like people have soured on curry big time, myself included. Pretty much no rhyme or reason to it, he's still the same player he's been.
Back when Dell Curry was on the hornets, I played on a tournament softball team with him. Our kids would play together while our games were going on. I got the feeling that Steph always thought he was "better" than my kids. For that reason I'm not a big curry fan.
