How many roster spots do you think Pope keeps open for guys testing the NBA, but ultimately come back to college? Those are some quality players, but not cheap. That's gotta be a heck of a balancing act and gamble city for coaching staffs.

If it were me, I would only keep a spot open for a player that commits to UK but wants to test the NBA draft. An exception to that would be a player like Lendeborg. I am kind of glad he didn't choose UK. I don't think there is a chance he ever plays at Michigan. I think he is a first round lock and would have scared off a really good player from committing to UK. There is a reason he is the #1 ranked player in the portal.
I think if the scholarship limit goes to 15 I think he keeps 2 open just in case, if it stays at 13 I would guess he would leave 1 available either way I doubt he fills all available openings
Yeah, I don't think he comes back either. Awfully temping situation to turn down for those guys. Let alone, someone that close.
I'm curious if we add a guy who is expected to be at the end of the bench w/ Perry. For example someone who was a starting PG for a small mid-major, but not good enough to get many P5 NIL offers. (i.e. 10pt, 3ast, 30% 3pt guy).
