WWS rallied from 21-0 at half to tie it at 28-28 and ran the ball down inside the 5 yard line with 18secs left in regulation. The play was called back and WWS had the ball on the 30 yard line and couldn't figure out what to do so the clock ran down to 4 seconds before they called time out. I have never seen such terrible clock management.

For the first time this year WWS elected to play kids both ways in the second half and they looked good out scoring NC 28-7, why they waited to this point in the year to do it is beyond me. I don't see them winning a game this year even with the talent they have. It will be interesting to see if there is a new head coach next year.

There are a lot of coaches/teams that just refuse to play guys both ways. Then when their backs are against the wall - they swallow a little big school pride and do it to try and win and be in the playoff hunt. Most times the coaches wait too long.

i cast my gaze accross the DVC and see several teams that should be rotating some players in both ways versus staunchly trying to maintain 2 platoon ... It's not too late for them at this point.........

Sorry... Just my musings from the peanut gallery stands.
