Why have any eligibility limitations at all? That's literally the only restriction still left that I can think of. Might as well chuck it too.

I'm awaiting the inevitable lawsuit about this and how limits are harming a player's "right to earn." If we get no eligiblity limitations then I'd be done with college athletics.
