NCAA MBB Final Four Semifinals Games thread

For the first time in my life I will be rooting for Duke.
I've tried this before. Just can't. I do think they are the best team in the Final 4.

The last five minutes took forever to play. Glad to see Bruce Pearl go down.
Just can’t watch BB. The rules and calls are simply lost on my little mind.
And when Clayton missed it always seemed to be one of those in-and-out deals.
Played it safe for an easy double up … or so I thought.
3 leg parlay ... alt spread Florida +6.5 and didn’t need any of that extra slack, and took alt over 151.5 and needed every little point to get that. At some point in the second half, the o/u was at 170 and we were cruising toward an easy dub … and then they just stopped scoring. And then missing FTs at the end … the dummies. Now just need Duke m/l to finish off an epic tourney. Could have ended it the ride with a little more risk, but winning is nice.

I would think any broadcasting company would rather have the Duke-Auburn matchup.
Well this gives me a man-card excuse not to watch the game. (Real reason: late games ruin my sleep and it takes a week for me to get back to normal.)
Well Duke had 3 calls clearly go in there favor earlier that led to 4 points. Flagg definitely not used to gett the over the back call in the acc.
Plenty of questionable calls that went Duke's way earlier in the game.
Duke was the best team in the nation, and had Houston by the cajones the majority of the game ... and they let them storm back late. Duke has no one to blame but themselves. They didn't handle the pressure (of Houston, and of the game situation).
I agree Jim. These late games are not to my liking. I will try to stay awake for the 1st half.
The last four minutes of the first half were crucial. First 16 minutes of the game, Houston gets 15 points. Last four minutes of the first half, 13 points. Someone reply to this with the kid’s name, the guy who carried Houston in these latter stages of the first half.
Absolutely, even had some people say that it was in the bag that those two would play for that very reason. Good thing I didn’t bet like they did.
I’m all about girl power, but good lord is this hard to watch. It’s tough to go from elite level hoops to watching a team my town’s suburban white boys freshman team could whoop.
It’s strange that, for a sport like volleyball, the physical differences don’t really detract from enjoyment while viewing, but with basketball, it’s just so low level that it’s hard to swallow. Maybe it’s because we don’t watch a ton of volleyball, so the differences aren’t as ingrained, or that the differences don’t cause an almost entirely different brand of product to be on the screen.
