NCAA PORTAL

[TheJimReaper]

couple big commits just happened.
Zan Fugitt to Mizzou and Ryan Crookham to Iowa.

[glorycowboy]

Good for them. Hopefully Ryan can stay at 133, so we can again see Jax, Siedel, Ryan fight it out.

[SlickWillie18]

This is idiotic.

Then he would have redshirted ALL of the guys in preparation for 2028. Get real dude.

You don't need a stopgap.

Doucet getting another year is because DT believes Doucet can win it next year. And if Doucet doesn't get the year - he believes Ross can win it.

Plus - Endene is in it for all the wrong reasons, you don't want him.

Are you suggesting a guy who has up and disappeared on two consecutive teams in back to back seasons might not be a reliable investment?

The guy posting worst and best acquisitions in the last 3 years from the Portal rated Dean Hamiti 2nd best and Wyatt the top acquisition. Not a surprise.

[OHkie]

Rin in the portal? Anyone else hear this?

Must be hard for Rin to commit to a program/coach and then move from freaking Japan and have a more aggressive strategy squeeze him out. Meanwhile his sister came over to Northern Michigan then hits the portal and wins a title at McKendree. Hope he lands somewhere that he can be what he needs, really bummed it wasn't in Stillwater.

Makes it sound like OSU ransacked his house and brought the kid to America against his will to train in one of the best training environments in the world.

[TheJimReaper]

Wow Massoma Endene to Little Rock. Big pickup for them.

Going HWT not sure it's as big that he's not at 197 he's a R16 guy at hwt currently

[TheJimReaper]

Going HWT not sure it's as big that he's not at 197 he's a R16 guy at hwt currently

Still better than what they would’ve had.

[SlickWillie18]

Do we think he’ll actually finish the season in a LR singlet?

[SlickWillie18]

Any guesses?

[glorycowboy]

Echemendia said @Corby2 on Iowa rivals.

I'm not sure if that's who he's talking about but heard Ech going in is a thing

Willie did say it was a *former* AA that was going in. That could just be semantics tho

Which would mean someone who didn't AA this year. Would need think about who those guys are Feldman

[HopkinsPoke]

Jaxon Smith

[100TonsofOrangeFury]

Jaxon Smith

No pretty sure he just signed a huge new deal to stay in Seattle.

[okokzach]

Rumors:
Schubert is between Ohio State and Iowa
Echemendia also between Ohio State and Iowa
Jaxon Smith to VT

[SlickWillie18]

Ohio State taking Ech back would certainly be interesting

[Cowboy1989]

Anybody think we go after anyone else in the portal?

[TheJimReaper]

Anybody think we go after anyone else in the portal?

Not sure who else at this point. Maybe if Feldman jumped in?

[TheJimReaper]

Carter Schubert from OU just announced he’s transferring to Iowa. Big upgrade for him.

And going 165

[glorycowboy]

I need a redemption arc for Dee at 165 if he is not redshirting.

OU to Iowa an "upgrade?" cheater to squawker

[driad]

I just read that Osu Is in the 6 for Anthony Echemendia. Surely not?

[TheJimReaper]

Yeah I feel that’s just Ech trying to make himself look good similar to what AJ did last year. The only reason I could see for bringing Ech in is maybe they want Bastida for the RTC and they’re a package deal.

[Cowboy1989]

Watch U.S. Open episode 2: Day in the life with wyatt hendrickson. Batista is training with Wyatt in Stillwater.

[SlickWillie18]

Yeah and Ana de Armas is in my top 6 to be my next wife (don’t let my wife see this)

[SlickWillie18]

Brayden Thompson to Iowa State

[driad]

Are you questioning Hawkeye Source?

[TheJimReaper]

Brayden Thompson to Iowa State

Hope they have fun with that lol.

[okokzach]

Are you questioning Hawkeye Source?

Echemendia did give that list, but I tend to agree with Reaper that we're not really chasing him

[SEKPoke]

Agree makes no sense.

[SlickWillie18]

Ech can certainly say those schools are his top 6, but imo it doesn’t mean those schools want him. Why the heck would OSU want him unless it was to keep him off another roster?

[SlickWillie18]

Dee getting in the portal?
