For a while, I was going to Nationals every single year, but, I haven't gone for the last few. Quite frankly, they've priced it out too much to make it worth it. Obviously, it's not the same as being there (especially the between sessions fun), but, I love my new setup at home for three of my favorite days of the year.

Anyway, feel free to share your setup and plans.

For me, I'll have the same setup as I have had for the last several years. I'll have one 85-inch TV that will have Matcast on it. I then have (6) 50-inch TV's setup that will have individual mats on it. We usually assign a couple of them for PSU guys. I'll have a 27-inch monitor to track the mat assignments. I'll have Byers going on my Alexa, which plays out of my Steelers helmet. I'll provide some pictures when it's all setup tomorrow.

I have friends over for each session. I'll probably be enjoying some Tito's and orange soda (made on my BarSys 360) and Yuengling Flights. We usually go out for food between sessions or order something in.

I'm like a kid on Christmas Eve right now, but, I'm 51 years old. I can't wait!

I'll be working from home, so much of my 'initial' tracking during the day will be looking at the stick figures on the Track Traditional view (which I prefer to the updated one), as well of course as following along here. In the evenings, subject to limited rights of first refusal on the part of the commander in chief, i'll be watching on my beautiful samsung screen.

Beverage is typically a game time decision, but will likely entail something among the following options: (i) Courage and Conviction Virginia single malt (standard presentation); (ii) Yellow Spot; (iii) Huckleberry Manhattan (the house special) with Woodford; (iv) Maple old fashioned with Woodford; (v) traditional Manhattan with Woodford. At the end of it all on Saturday, there is a small possibility of a wee bit of the Jamesons cask strength that I pulled from the cask myself in Ireland a number of years ago.

Lenten Fridays always make food something of a challenge for festive events.

Jeebus. We have an 85" OLED and a nice sound setup, and I work from home. Everything is being recorded, so I'll take breaks to plop on my La-Z-Boy and watch in between putting out work fires and taking my infant for walks. It's my bday weekend (it's actually today) so my best friend (former wrestler at Utah Valley University) and his family are coming over Saturday to watch the finals. We'll be smoking a pork butt for tacos.

Which app or webpage will I be able to use to find mat assignments throughout the tournament, like a Dashboard of sorts? Flowrestling? Can't remember what I've used other years. Last year I had a link to Bubbaland but that was 2025.

Put OOTO on my work calendar for Thurs-Fri of this week in December. Will be parked in front of the 65" TV, watching individual mats on ESPN+ with an audio sync of Byers calling the action. Expect friends to pop over during the tourney, so will have snacks ready and adult beverages on ice at all times.

This beats any vacation the wife could cook up. Can't wait!!!

I had to drive up to State College from MD to take my mom to Hershey yesterday. She broke her neck in a car accident in late January and had her re-check yesterday. It’s healing as well as can be expected for an 84 year old. So, today I will watch on my computer, and then listen to Byers tomorrow afternoon when I drive home. Tomorrow night, back to the big screen!

Safe travels and heal up quick Mom.

Is this a year round setup, or special for the tourney? Looking forward to the pix, that is impressive

It's my son, my brother-in-law, and myself watching for all sessions at my place. Running 2, 65' tv's in an over under configuration. Top TV is the ESPN broadcast and the bottom TV is for mat selection. My son runs the bottom TV from his Xbox and I'm calling out mat assignment that we want to see as I follow from my laptop. And of course my phone to follow all our wrestling board chat.
I absolutely love every minute of it!

You described my watch setup exactly, right down to the lazy boy. Only difference is no working here, done with that. BTW, Happy birthday

My single screen would feel inadequate next to all y’all’s big screens. Volume off.

WOWY on the radio for Ironhead.

Nothing fancy for food, but I am framing it as a three day brat & kraut cleanse.
