I kinda like Maxpreps Rankings that has West Forsyth #12 in 4-A. Only loss(close) to East Forsyth in which West led the first half. West got cute and tried to throw too much in the 2nd half. Threw 3 INTs and lost 23-10. East can be ran on and RB Caldwell did that in the 1st half. East secondary is fantastic.

Davie Co.(who beat Page) will be a tough test this week and a chance to move up if they win. Going to be a good one...

i think Southwest is a little young as well as overrated. The strength of that schedule isn't really impressive over there. I'd have West forsyth, Mount Tabor, Vance and others by 35 over them

AL Brown beating Vance is waaay better than anything SWG or Gibbons have done. Gibbons gave up 32 points to freakin' Broughton (a team Eastern Guilford beat 33-0).

There are no 2 loss teams listed at all, which isn't right.

South Meck's 2 losses were by 13 points to nationally ranked Rock Hill Northwestern and by 3 pts to #9 Myers Park.

Hough's 2 losses were by 1 pt to #14 Lake Norman and by 11 pts to #4 Butler.

All 3 of these teams would whip half of the teams listed in the poll, and the games wouldn't even be competitive.

You can't move Butler up above Mallard Creek unless Mallard Creek loses some more games, so they are where they are. Butler had that chance in week 2 to be ranked higher than MC and didn't get it done on the field.

No disrespect to anyone's picks but how is Davie not on the list?

Lose to arguably the #1 and had the QB and WR not gotten injured the score would have been much different. Not saying they would have won, just saying the second half would have been much different. Page ranked 5? Didn't Davie beat them?

Tabor still an HM? They just DISMANTLED what some were calling State Champion contenders in North Davidson
