They were like that in the Naz game too. Even had a kid ejected. That hurricane was a chippy/dirty team. Not a quality team at all, hey if we can't beat you , we will chop block, lead with the head, force confrontations, and hit out of bounds. ND was in control defensively after drive one. I think 6-7 big penalties against Marian is just bad football. Disappointing at best, really sad because with the frequency it may be taught. Same was reported when they played Viators, from the players. ND had a good win 5-1,
They have always been that way. That hurricane was a chippy/dirty team. After reading the articles from the northwest herald this morning, wow did the watch the games??? The win against Naz was a fluke, the RB hit one hole from a hit from the back. That QB has bad feet and is weak on follow through. The guards had bad feet, and hit from the back. The only kid who had extension was the kicker, I know everyone wants their kids to do well, but c'mon, not a quality team, and as for coaching, if personal fouls are a measure of success week to week, they are really good then. Sorry for the rant, but I help kids get to the next level watching that just reminds me why college coaches stop watching tape.
