Well, here we are. Orange and Black against Orange and White, the way we like it.

This may be the last game of the Yadkin River Shootout, not sure what the future schedule holds. Davie and ND both have explosive offenses, Davie looks like they have a better defense. If this is a shootout, ND has a shot. If we have turnovers or inconsistency, it could be ugly.

The should be a great game. Both offenses are exciting to watch and both QB's are ballers. ND will have to play a great game on D to end the night victorious. DC is pretty solid. Expect a shoot out.

This has been a DCAW so far. Davie dominates first quarter, north closes the gap to 38-28 before half with 23 ticks left. Come on D!

We got to find a way to stop them....not sure they are much better on D than we are, but the scoreboard don't lie. Really got to stop them on that 2nd half kickoff. Probably need to force at least 1 turnover to have a chance.

Which part? We didn't execute, we managed the clock poorly? We made a game of it, but hey let's give the kids a participation trophy and powder their bottoms for trying!

It was a great game. The 4 turnovers were a killer, and the Davie receivers were behind the secondary all night. Davie's offense is just tough to stop, but our kids did finally get some stops in the 2nd half. Davie just always had an answer.

You never know, these teams could meet again in November.

With that, ND's dream of one last CPC is gone. What a shame, just. Do not have the horses on defense we usually do. Per kicked off, mistakes abound in yet another game. They've haunted this team all year and costed them now mutiple games as I predicted they would after Ledford.

Congrats fully to Davie. You guys earned it and it's great the team could honor their coach with a win. Hope there is another meeting in the cards

With the loss to WF by Tabor tonight, DC in the drivers seat for the championship. ND in jeopardy of coming out in 4th place in CPC unless they beat WF that last game of the regular season.
