I have a similar thought, but with the Olympics in 28, 65kg seems pretty big with where he is at right now. If it weren’t for that thought, I agree. Just worried how much size (not weight) you give up there.

A couple notes after listening to Willie's podcast from yesterday:
1) Dee was sick leading up to dual. Could account for how he passive he was for stretches of time in that match. Van Dee was sick as well.
2) Willie said the coaches told Robideau to keep Antrell down and ride but Robideau went optional start anyway... Idk. Willie sounded 100% certain that he saw it, but I watched the replay and you can see the coaches in the corner as he goes optional and they don't look surprised at all.

AJ started it before the dual. The announcers said AJ was chirping at the OSU guys during the pre-dual handshakes. Kind of crazy to trash talk and then choose to sit out.
Anything for attention. His wrestling is boring so he sits out matches, grooms a horrible haircut, and talks. The rankers are partly responsible, gifting him a number one ranking at the beginning of the season based on results 4 years ago in a different weight class. What a joke.
Was in deep! He lost the arm and thats how Minto countered. If he couldve kept it he'd of gotten the TD and maybe some backs.
Big time disagree. He's improving in every area.
He's definitely not a 57kg and it's 2 1/2 years away . He's a 65kg no doubt by then and he won't be small for the weight
I need to rewatch it…but it looked like he had changed his level while working for a TD to try to give him a corner quicker.

Ya I forgot there’s no 61kg. My mistake. 65kg for sure for Olympics then and makes sense to get practice in at 141 then to prepare for that. So this year 133 if he goes. Next year highly likely 141.

I think he is showing improvement but worry about his size and ceiling for the weight.
He has been in a college program for 4 years now (RS year back in 21-22).
He is SO boring!! How many bonus point wins does he have in his career? His brother is the same deal. Obviously a great wrestler but he is "Mr. 3-Point Dual Match Guy."
No. You're seeing a really good wrestler who has no chance at 174. He's not big or strong enough. He could wrestle at 157.

Wrestlers are some of the most emotional of all athletes and things spill over.
At the end of the day, people don't worry about the score...just who won and who lost.
Pretty much all sports do an after game/match handshake. Even in wrestling it goes fine like 99% of the time.

No. Apparently you dont know his history. What he's struggling with now is what he's always struggled with, and thats finishing shots. He's not losing because of strength lol. He needs to fix the little things and finish and he'll be fine. He has the right coach to help him get there.
Free speech doesn’t apply to message boards. Just like you are free to kick someone out of your house if they say something you don’t like, the owner of message board is feee to kick someone out/delete posts they don’t like.

The guy seems plenty big and strong enough to stop most shots? Ruiz couldnt take him down. Minto has 1 TD in 2 matches. Kennedy couldnt take him down til SV1. Zero of his losses are head scratchers. We have some things to look at on the team but to me Facundo is definitely further down the line.

I’d like to error on the side of the possibility of protected ability to slander.
The identity being hidden and only uncovered with a subpoena is troublesome and frankly, don’t want to make the time to spend should it happen.
Couple that with the likelihood it’s posted from a rival with harmful intent, deletes gonna happen man….sorry!
