Iowa has won nine of the last ten, and they keep telling everybody they are a blue blood.

Yeah, I had too many Nebby fans sit near me at the Iowa vs Nebby game in Carver. As they walked out dejectedly…I said…just like football.
Yes, I agree that Iowa is a better hoops team/program than Nebby (most years). This year Nebby is having a “magical” season, so a court storming was warranted.
I honestly feel kinda bad for Nebraska fans who still go on and on about how great they were in the 80s and 90s. That was well before any of today’s players were even born. It’s like my dad telling 12 year-old me back in 1990 how great Minnesota football was in the 50s. It was all foreign to me.

Haven’t you heard from their fans they are a bball school now…. Seems early for a Midwest school to have their spring game already. But nobody ever accused them of being the smartest group of people.

Yeah, I could see them losing 7 big ten games next season. And their fans are not getting their moneys worth with that lame as non-conf schedule. At least we play ISU out of a top level conf every year

North Dakota might have turned the corner a bit under new coach Eric Schmidt. They had NDSU on the ropes last year before losing by 5 on a late NDSU td. The Fighting Hawks should have a pretty decent squad next season.
I'm trying to remember what I read here on On3. If he were let go after 2026 his buyout would be 70 million and change. After 2027 about 20 million less.
