Lawrence lost his cool, perhaps lost the game right there. When will Fred learn to play good D and not just leaving guys wide open especially a guy who’s torching you.

The O is a LOT more sharp than last season.

His D has always been a calculated gamble. Double anything in or near the paint, and challenge the opponent to kick it out and sink treys.

It’s a solid scheme. But as soon as the opponent shows it’s more than capable of cannoning those treys, we could sure use a plan B.

Might have decided to miss it anyway, but absolutely ridiculous that they added time after the FT. Refs seemed to just be making s*** up as they went along.

If they really wanted to "get it right," go back a few more seconds and give Sandfort three FTs.

At least our defense was halfway decent last year, this year it stinks. We don't get this fixed, we're gonna get eaten alive in conference play.

Good win. Big lead; lost it but won v a solid KSU team. Sam Hoiberg still makes lazy plays at times. Sandfort takes a lot of shots. Definitely has the green light. Mast is steady.

This team can play some good defense when they're reminded to do so.

60% free throws as a team but you expect the coaches kid to be better than 25%.
