Most of the voters for the Hodge Trophy are former Hodge Trophy winners and college wrestling journalists. In addition, there is a fan component. The winner of the fan vote is awarded 5 votes in the overall vote.
There are 5 wrestlers in the running for the Hodge Trophy, and four of them are Penn State wrestlers.
You can vote once a day. Voting ends this Friday (3/29) at 6 pm EDT. So, if you see this in time and can vote on 3/28, you can also vote a second time on 3/29 (by 6 pm).
