I lived in a ghetto *** apartment once for a year. My upstairs neighbors were a middle-aged woman and her shitbag 20-something sons. The kids sold crack while momma worked (I don't know if she was in on it). The day their door got kicked in by KSP and the local drug task force was crazy. Lots of commotion up there. Somebody got tackled so hard in the back bedroom it knocked the crappy fixture cover off the overhead light in my bedroom.
And those people were great neighbors compared to the crazy meth heads in that video.
I would've been out of there way quicker than that guy.

Those guys are amateurs. There used to be a rental property next to our family farm. It appeared to be a completely normal, quiet family. They lived there for a couple of years without a single issue. Someone ratted them out and the cops raided it. Turned out it was a pretty large scale meth lab.
The guy that made the video said that one of the guys committed suicide. He should have had a block party in his front yard to celebrate. I saw this when the owner posted it on Reddit. He answered a lot of people's questions in the comments section.

Interesting. I spent a couple of hours last week watching neighbors from hell videos on youtube, that one being the most interesting one.
I bought a home in a nice neighborhood in CA. An island too close to run-down neighborhoods nearby. Don't ever make that mistake! The old families began moving out a few years later and the riff-raff started gradually moving in. Our little island became the shopping mall for the druggies. You could never leave your door unlocked or your garage door open unless you were out there. I eventually got burglarized. Stole everything that meant anything to us.
An investor bought the house next door. Spent at least $50K fixing it up really nice. Then he made it a Section-8 rental. Big mistake. Rented it to an elderly black woman (am I allowed to mention that?) who never moved in but was the renter of record. One of her daughters with a bunch of kids actually moved in. They got the mandatory mean pit bull chained in the back yard, totally neglected with no shelter. Selling drugs was next. Traffic at all hours, gunshots in the street (truth), fights, crazy druggie nephew living in his car out on the street, police raids with occupants running off in all directions. They were finally kind enough to burn half the house down before finally getting kicked out. I actually heard the woman say (while crying), "Why are they doing this to us? We weren't bothering nobody."
Mexicans bought the house on the other side of us. Mexicans are often nice people but, if they are immigrants, they are noisy people. That is something they will admit to. Outdoors (including out on the street) is just another large room of the house when it comes to parties. You better like the mariachi music. Don't bother calling the cops. I called them at 1AM one morning and they showed up at 7AM. My neighbor put his stereo on his patio and played that mariachi music at a moderate level. Problem was, his patio was about 8 feet from my patio, divided by a wooden fence. I hooked up my high-powered stereo system, with huge speakers. I put Michael Jackson's "Beat It" on a loop and turned it up full blast and played it for 2 hours non-stop. You could have heard that 5 blocks away. Nobody called the cops and he knocked off the mariachi music on the patio from that point on. I'll just skip the part about the fighting roosters he kept in his yard for a while.
I toughed it out until I retired and settled out in the desert near Phoenix where I am nowhere near that stuff anymore.
And, oh yeah, STAY OUT OF MY YARD!

The scary part about Junior chasing that guy with a gun....damn, tohave a guy point a gun at you who literally doesn't care to die and actually wants to die...can't imagine.

I can attest to living around Mexicans. Your neighborhood constantly gets tagged. The outside is treated like their own personal garbage can (this is also, where they randomly just leave a mattress or couch). Mariachi music is blasted like a neighborhood block party crazy early as well, they love to openly drink outside on a street and they stuff about 50 of them in one house/apartment like it's a clown car.
I always like the stereotype that Mexicans are these really hard workers, which is total BS for the most part. A lot of people who don't live near or interact with this culture fail to see the reality of things.
However, the house I grew up in was a nice middle class subdivision. I never had any issues. However, while I was in my 20s and long gone, a white family moved in next to my mom. Then came a ****** chain Fence (no one in the neighborhood had any fence) and a plethora of toys and a trampoline all sitting out in the yard and drive way). It looked like garbage and it's easy to see why there are HOAs. It was typical crap you'd see in a lot of hick towns. Have some pride in your house.
I don't mean to be that guy, but you don't know what they're going through. The camera guy probably owned the house, obviously didn't make enough money to live in a nicer area and probably couldn't go anywhere. When you;re living pay check to pay check you don't have a lot of options, or any.
Only thing I got from this thread is Heisman lives in a Mexican Neighborhood. This explains a lot.
If you actually pay attention to the video, the very beginning thr yard and fence look nice and there's only like 1 toy in the yard. After a while, I'm sure a) they didn't really want to go outside and b) they lost motivation to have pride in their property since their ******** neighbors were an eyesore anyways.
Having a decent neighborhood is really a matter of keeping people like this out. For the lower middle class, that often involves just pure luck.

True dat. I have an HOA and they religiously enforce the rules (which I am all for, as long as they are consistent in enforcement). The problem is that that the scofflaws are fairly certain they are going to eventually lose their home. They let the violations pile up and owe hundreds or thousands of dollars in HOA fines. They eventually walk away from the house, leaving the fines to be paid by the next buyer (who must pay them in order to buy the house).
Logged on to a computer without signing in and saw LEK's post (typically on ignore). I don't live in a Mexican neighborhood. I used to be close to one, close enough to where I could walk my dogs but I didn't "live" in the neighborhood but living in SoCal, you're around it a lot.
I stand by every statement I've made about any area where they become a large portion. Unfortunately I don't live in a lily white bubble and then pat myself on the back for how awesome diversity is and how open I am to it despite never being around it, which most white libs seem to do. It's real easy for these hypothetical scenarios when you're removed from it.

Take the racist out of it. The reason why most immigrant groups garner negative stereotypes is because immigrants are normally the poorest and most unfortunate in their native land and thusly are usually the most uncouth of the representation. You usually don't get latin americans here on school visas acting a fool and living up to those stereotypes (the few that I knew that were unruly usually had really rich daddy's though).
Let's not act like 25%+ of our population wouldn't be bottom barrell in most societies. Even the largely undeveloped ones would shun them for their lack of ettiquette and respect.
Hell, this video is a testament that "dark folks" don't have a monopoly on scumbaggery. You think this is an isolated case? It may be extreme, but aside from the neighbor able to afford a camera, it isn't rare.

HOAs are only as good as the people who are involved with the HOA. Bought my home a few years ago...the previous homeowners had a trampoline in the back yard which they took with them when they moved. HOA requirements say that if you have a trampoline then you must have a fence. There is no fence in my back yard. About 6 months after moving in I get a letter from the HOA wanting to fine me for the trampoline in my backyard... I called the HOA and told them I didn't have a trampoline. The ******* wanted to argue with me that I indeed did have one. I invited him over to come and point it out...he said I probably just took it down that they had been there just "a week ago" and had seen it.
Again, invited him over to show me where it stood. I have a finely manicured lawn and surely there would be evidence of a trampoline that had been in my backyard "only a week ago". The bastard wanted to stand his ground and not admit that 1) he had lied about seeing a trampoline in our back yard the week prior, and 2) that I still owed the fine.
I hung up with that ******* and called another neighbor who I knew was on the HOA committee. Got him to have the HOA draft a letter stating that their prior letter was based upon old information and that it could be disregarded.
I have no faith in Trump or any politician so you can put that one away.
There's a huge difference in cultures and I admit class is the most important aspect of behavior. However, there are most certainly common behaviors among races and why stereotypes exist.
That video displays poors without dignity. It applies to all races. That's why I have long believed that most in this county shouldn't be allowed to vote or have kids.
