One big wart that Rutgers has to deal with and I believe Bactotherac said this earlier in season is a non conference strength of schedule of 298.

It matters for bubble teams. In 2019 Indiana was 17-14 (8-12) and Ohio State was 18-13 (8-12). The played in the BTT and Ohio State won. The Buckeyes got an 11 seed and Indiana went to the NIT.
I remember that one, I have handwritten stuff from 18-19,
Indiana Q1 6-9 0.400 Q2 3-5 0.375 Q3/4 8-0, Q1/2 9-14 0.391
Ohio St Q1 5-10 0.333 Q2 4-2 0.667 Q3/4 9-1, Q1/2 9-12 0.429,
The game itself both were lingering around 45-55 don't remember the exact number, maybe Indiana was higher. Ohio St was favored for the at-large before the game, less losses, better win % is better when there is a tie of Q1/2 wins, the OSU win solidified their spot.
