Anybody else watch it? Heard so much about it on the radio today I decided to check it out. Amazing. There are at least five points where you go no one can be that stupid. The kid you have to cut slack because she was l2 or 13 when it started but her parents are just idiots. There are also a couple of spots where I was just like I would have left that part out.

Only made it through half the show last night, but had to stop it about 3 times in 40 minutes to ask out loud "are these people FOR REAL??"

For all the parents in the world that have their kids taken away from them for abuse, these two deserved the same for being the dumbest f^&(ing parents of the 1970's.

I thought The Keepers was messed up but this show may have been the most WTF story I've ever seen...unbelievably disturbing. The mom looked like she was getting excited again just by talking about her affair with the molester which was disgusting. The dad was clearly a homosexual or at least had those tendencies that he was suppressing. Other families seemed to pick up on the fact that the guy was a creep but not these folks. I can't understand these parents' actions at all.

completely wacko .. So hard to believe that was real. To hear at the end that he was convicted of raping a child prior to this and only got 1 year? If true, absolutely nuts.

Those parents should've been prosecuted for child endangerment at a minimum. They're the dumbest people with a reasonable IQ I've ever seen.

Kinda give Mom a pass on her affair, can you imagine being married to that clown?

Single most unbelievable moment to me was when "B" comes to them and says I been undergoing therapy because I was sexually abused as a child as part of my treatment I'm suppose to lay in bed with your 10 year old daughter and the parents were okay if that what the Doctor says. First of all I would like to know the logic of how you get from being sexually abused as a child (he claimed having sex with an aunt when he was four or something like that) to as treatment for that you need to sleep with a 10 year old. But beyond that its just mind boggling that the parents would buy it. How possible does that request not set off alarms and cause you never to let that person within a mile of your child again?

Ho.ly..****. Damn you for bringing this documentary to my attention. I get that the early 70’s were a different time, and I try not to hold that against anybody. However, I want to know how in the holy hell those parents can be that stupid and that vain. Wow. Just. Wow.

My wife and I watched it last night, and we are both still floored.
