I'm re-watching Battlestar Gallactica. Definitely some things I missed in there the first time. And NXIVM chick... not hot.

They remade that? Or just an unfortunate name?
No. Just a close name.

Its a british series about the bodyguard of some cabinet minister and a plot from police to create a police state.

I think it's a Sundance Channel show, but Rectify was good. The first season was great. The second wasn't as good, and I haven't had the chance to get to the 3rd season yet. It's a story of a guy who was put on death row when he was 18, and his conviction gets overturned something like 18 years later. His interaction with his family and people in his hometown where the crime occurred is pretty interesting.

Ken Burns' series "The Vietnam War" is available on Netflix right now. I caught it online before, but it's a great watch if you like documentaries like that. It's a real time commitment though.

I generally liked most of the super hero series on netflix. I got pulled into Daredevil with the introduction of The Punisher. Jessica Jones is good, as is Luke Cage. The Iron Fist was sort of meh, and I was somewhat disappointed by The Defenders. The Punisher series is good though.

I have intentions of trying to catch Hap and Leonard, another Sundance show on netflix. Stranger Things is good. I have watched a couple of Bill Burr's "F is for Family", but I haven't really gotten hooked. I love Burr's comedy, but I don't feel like the show really captures what I like about it. Maybe it's me.

I tried the ranch, didn’t like it much, but didn’t give it a real chance I guess
I've watched most of it. For a comedy, there's lots of drama. I'll probably watch the newer stuff at some point.

The Santa Clarita Diet isn't bad. It's a nice twist on the whole zombie genre. Not outrageously funny, but entertaining.

I really want to watch Narcos, but I keep waiting to fnish other stuff first. I'm kind of afraid that one will turn me into a binge watching zombie.

It will, if you’re interested in how the Cartel operated under Pablo. It was very well done, imo.

La Mante is a french mini-series. Very good show. And has one of the most beautiful women in the world on it.

That cartoon gets super serious and super dark at times actually. But it's an outstanding series. That should be the end of this thread.

Show gets MUCH better in Season 2, imo. I think Season 3 is out now.

Night Manager and The Marvelous Ms. Maisel on Prime are very good.

Big Mouth (2 seasons) and Haunting of Hill House are the best two things I've seen on Netflix over the past month.
