Neutral Zone Infractions

So many during the weekend. Does the current rule need modification? Not sure on current college and pro rules.
So many were player stepping over getting back, noone on offense moved. Other times the linemen in a spread standing up triggered D player to step over. Seems too petty to me. Perhaps there is justification. I am sure someone will set me straight.

That rule came way before spread formations and no huddle offenses. If they can get back, there should be no foul

The way the rule is now as soon as you jump offsides it's an automatic flag. Personally I think the NFHS is trying to make it easier for us with this rule.
