But they did interview him for the head coaching position? That's what the article said. Did they just interview everyone? Or was there some sense he could be a candidate? That would definitely give the decision to not retain him a different feel. Tho of course Underwood didn't take him...Tap the brakes just a little. He was the third assistant and wasn't retained to a coaching position by Underwood or OSU. I do like him as an assistant and love his ties to Texas recruiting. He's just a long way away from being a D1 head coach imo.
Please explain what a dog and pony show looks like in Stillwater. I understand it can have a different meaning up that way.
