Are the local coaches like kst Missouri Iowa Iowa state Nebraska even Oklahoma doing a poor job of recruiting this area that coaches from Clemson and Georgia bama are coming up here and making offers? I realize Nebraska has done a poor job even in state since TO was coach, I keep hearing the southeast is the hotbed for 4 and 5 stars there should be no need for them to come up here unless we're doing a terrible job

Maybe the kid is just that good?

The southern schools never leave their region for mediocre talent. I am guessing Benhart is the real deal, if Clemson is calling...

That doesn’t even begin to make sense, programs recruit nationally and have for decades. Why would any school willingly limit their options?

Never saw those schools offer even 10 years ago maybe I'm wrong.

In 2007 Georgia pulled a 4 star QB and 3 star TE out of Missouri, Clemson had kids from New Mexico, Texas, Ohio and Illinois on the roster back then, nothing new.

They came and got Isaiah Simmons out of Kansas. I was thinking her was ours for awhile.

It seems like most of the OL we are recruiting are 6'7/6'8. It would seem this offense would favor shorter, quicker linemen. UCF's offensive line doesn't have any guys over 6'5, they are mostly 6'2-6'4.
