And, for the love of God, let Tom vacation in peace. If sharing your political viewpoints is that important to you, you need to understand that this is not the board for you. There are other places you can do just that. C’mon, quit ruining it for everyone. There’s no contradiction between being fiercely political and acknowledging that this is not the place to share these beliefs.
There’s this one guy, we used to go at it multiple times a day on the old board, would get heated. This board, nothing, not once have we had a political argument. (You know who you are.)

This is very true. Look at the number of Native American girls and women that have gone missing the last few years.
But it is weird and I hope they find her safe.
Obviously the celebrity angle and sheer ton of details about this make it stand out, but agree - worse tragedies every day to people who don’t make it to 10 let alone 80+. Still - hope she’s safe.
He had a very distinctive gait. Also it was obvious he didn’t know anything about guns, I’ve read, and they put out an APB to gun stores asking if anyone looking like him had bought a gun recently.
But if anyone knows that guy, they’d recognize him, I’m guessing.
