I Think an older experienced OC would know better how to relate with Stoops and maybe stop some of the crazy things from happening some of the problems could be confusion of Coaches trying to please each other. Remember for the SEC we have had a very inexperienced Coaching staff

Very good point! However from what I here Stoops is VERY stubborn and set in his ways! He has yet to admit what a debacle it was not to hire a special teams coach!

Having an experienced coach is important that's for dang sure. Most of the time in conference play we are playing teams with more talent so you have to have coaches that can offset that by out coaching their opponents. Odds are better to do that with an older and experienced coach. Having people learning on the job, with less talent than other conference teams is a recipe for disaster.

Really? From what you hear? Are you hearing this from your sources close to the program lol. People read crap on here and the regurgitate it as something they have an inside man on haha.

Anybody who has watched games, listened to interviews, followed the football program, etc should easily notice his stubbornness.

If we are winning he has a "hard nose attitude" but since we are losing he is "stubborn."
Yep, fits our fan base way of thinking.

Hey MS get an OC with some real experience this time. A proven winner for a change. Not an up and comer hoper.

I agree, so why would someone use the phrase "from what I hear" like they've got an inside scoop lol?

I, personally, have never said that(Hard nose attitude). We only win against cupcakes/teams making dumber mistakes than we do under Stoops.
